Help Shape the Future
of Lifestyle Science

We're recruiting 100+ adults from Eastern Europe to share 16 weeks of wearable data for academic research on physical activity, sleep, and heart health.

Fully anonymous  ·  GDPR compliant  ·  No personal data required

This study looks at what everyday wearable data — sleep, activity, heart rate — can tell us about lifestyle and health, in a region largely missing from existing wearable research.

How it works

1

Complete a short consent form and basic demographics. Takes under 3 minutes. No name or email needed.

2

Connect your device

Link your existing wearable — Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Polar, WHOOP, and Suunto are supported.

3

Wear it as usual

Your device continues to sync automatically for 16 weeks. No surveys, no diaries.

Supported devices: Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Polar, WHOOP, Suunto.

Apple Watch / Apple Health can't be included at this stage.

What data do we collect?

Daily activity

Steps, distance, calories, MVPA minutes

Sleep

Duration, stages (light, deep, REM), wake periods

Heart rate

Resting HR, average HR, HRV (RMSSD, SDNN)

Workouts

Hourly activity

Hourly step and calorie breakdown

Basic demographics

We do NOT collect GPS location, audio, camera, contacts, or any personally identifying information.

Your privacy is our priority

Fully anonymous

You are assigned a random code (e.g. ANON_HR_8X92). No name, email, or phone number is ever collected.

EU data residency

All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union, under GDPR jurisdiction.

Right to withdraw

You can withdraw at any time by contacting us with your participant code. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
